This is the part of the student union responsible for managing the union building and the other properties owned by the union. These include storage facilities, garages, and a workshop, but the union building itself is, of course, the heart of the operation.

Kårhusförvaltningen also manages the rental of the two rooms in the apartment under our care.

It is important to keep the union building in good condition, which requires considerable work. Kårhusförvaltningen is also responsible for the long-term development of the building, a significant responsibility that calls for careful planning.
